We are proud to share that The Patent Oath was named a Top Ten Finalist and awarded the People’s Choice Award for Tech Business at the 2025 SPARC Pitch Competition in South Florida.
Selected from a pool of more than 200 applicants, The Patent Oath was recognized for its mission to make intellectual property protection accessible, equitable, and profitable for the next generation of innovators. The competition brought together founders, investors, and community leaders to highlight startups shaping the future of business and technology across the region.
At the center of The Patent Oath is Aedi, our patent-trained AI co-pilot that helps first-time and underrepresented inventors take their ideas from concept to protection in a fraction of the traditional cost and time.
Our MVP will include six core modules:
OathPath™ – AI-guided intake and drafting
OathScan™ – Prior art and originality search
OathScore™ – Patent readiness scoring
OathVault™ – Blockchain-secured idea storage
OathMatch™ – Attorney referral engine
OathFile™ – Direct provisional filing
Together, these tools form the first end-to-end platform designed specifically for first-time and underestimated inventors, turning an often confusing and expensive process into a clear, empowering pathway.
The People’s Choice recognition affirms what we’ve always believed: the world is ready for a more inclusive innovation economy. As we continue building, we remain committed to closing the patent gap and giving every creator the tools to protect what they build.
